Holy Yoga – is not a religion. Rather, it is a physical practice of aligning the body combined with breath work and mindful intention of reliance on God.

Holy Yoga was designed for and is dedicated to facilitating the worship and celebration of God through movement and meditation to all believers in Jesus Christ.

Holy Yoga instructor Cora Rhines combines her devotion to Christianity with her passion for a healthy body, soul and spirit. Cora facilitates the creation of an environment designed specifically for improving total Christian health. Through prayer, breath work, and movement Cora teaches how to worship the Lord and Savior, physically and spiritually.
